How do I search for a User?

If you cannot find a User, double-check the following:

  • Are you searching in the correct Sub-Account?
  • Are you viewing the correct training program? (Multi-product clients only)
  • Has the User been assigned training?

To search for a specific User, go to the User Profiles page within the User Management section. Once you have found the User select the "View User" button for User details.

TIP: For multi-product accounts, ensure you have selected the appropriate training program from the top left of the VLE before searching for a specific User's training status.

NOTE: Users without a license will not show up in the Summary Reports as they cannot take training.
