Where do I see how many seats I have?

Within the VLE, you can see the following Account/Sub-Account details in the Account Status section:

  • License Expiration Date
  • Seats Used
  • Queued Users
  • Seats Remaining

Tip: Use the Managing License drop-down in the top left corner or Sub-Account drop-down within the Account Status section to view alternate Product/Account information.

NOTE: You can only view details for Accounts/Sub-Accounts where you are set up as a Client Administrator.
