How do I delete a Sub-Account?
Within the Account Management section, go to the Manage Sub-Accounts page. Click "Delete Sub-Account" in the appropriate account and "Apply Changes."
Before you can delete the account you must ensure that:
· The Sub Account must not have any Seats Remaining (Use ‘Move Seats’ to remove any seats available)
· The Sub Account must not have any Seats used or Queued Seats (Go to Allocate Users to move users to a different sub account)
· After these steps, ‘Delete Sub Account’ will appear- click on ‘Apply Changes’ to confirm.
Reminder: You must first move Users or allocated seats to an alternate Sub-Account before it can be deleted.
