Users showing as Clicked incorrectly?
If you are encountering issues with Users reporting as “Clicked” when this is false, we encourage you to whitelist and potentially disable link scanning from our mailer's IP addresses:
· 18.104.22.168 mailer1.threatsim.com
· 22.214.171.124 mailer2.threatsim.com
Below is an example of such in which a 3rd party application has scanned the URL within a phishing email and therefore shows the User has having Clicked.
Note: You will most likely see that the Browser version shows up as “N/A” in these instances.
